A DC Superior Court judge continued a Nov. 18 status hearing for two co-defendants in a homicide case.
Delonte Sameuls, 28, and James Flemings, 23, are both charged with first-degree murder while armed in the death of 30-year-old Michael Bright. Bright was shot to death – allegedly in the process of a robbery attempt – on Oct. 6 on the 4500 block of Lee Street, NE, according to court documents.
Judge Steven Wellner scheduled their status hearing for Dec. 9.
