A DC Superior Court judge continued a Nov. 12 status hearing for a murder case.
Tyrone Brown, 64, is charged with first-degree murder while armed. He is accused of killing his long-time friend, 45 year-old Orlando Daniel Miller, on Oct. 1 on the 1700 block of Lang Place, NE.
Judge Robert Okun scheduled the hearing for Dec. 14.
