A DC Superior Court judge decided May 26 to give a defendant more time in order to get in compliance with his release conditions.

DaJuan Blakney is serving 18 months on probation after pleading guilty to second-degree burglary on Sept. 26, 2019.

Judge Heide Herrmann mandated that Blakney call his probation officer every Monday and Wednesday and he stay under 24-hour home confinement until June 20.
