A judge ordered that a defendant receive a competency examination.
Brittney Marshall is charged with unlawful entry of private property, attempted threats to do bodily harm and contempt for violating release conditions.
Judge Michael Ryan ordered that the 25-year-old receive an examination while she is in custody at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital, DC’s psychiatric institution.
Marshall is scheduled for a mental observation hearing on May 29.
