DC Superior Court Judge Todd Edelman on behalf of DC Superior Court Judge Rainey Brandt ordered the Office of the Attorney General of the District of Columbia to turn over a defendant’s medical records to his attorney.
Christen Wingfield is charged with unlawful possession of a firearm with a prior conviction and possession of a large capacity ammunition feeding device.
Wingfield’s defense attorney also renewed his request for release, explaining that his client qualified for the high intensity supervision program.
Wingfield is scheduled for a felony conference status on June 25.
