A DC Superior Court judge rescheduled a Sept. 14 hearing for a murder case because the defendant is in quarantine at the DC Jail.
Wesley Scott, 21, is charged with first-degree murder for allegedly shooting 28-year-old David Young on the 3500 block of 22nd Street, SE on April 3, 2020.
Judge Neal Kravitz rescheduled the hearing to Sept. 30 to allow the defendant’s quarentine period to end.
