A DC Superior Court judge rescheduled three hearings for two defendants and one convicted felon on May 20.
Judge Rainey Brandt rescheduled two pre-trial show cause hearings and one probation hearing.
Jordan Copes was sentenced to serve six months in jail, two years on probation, three years of supervised release and he has to pay $100 to the Victim’s of Violent Crimes Fund after pleading guilty to attempt to commit robbery on Jan. 17, 2017.
Copes probation hearing will now be heard on Aug. 19.
Davon Warren is charged with distribution of a controlled substance, PCP, which is a drug that causes hallucinations.
Warren’s hearing was scheduled in error and was rescheduled for June 12.
Allen Obrien is charged with robbery while armed with a knife for stealing a man’s iPhone 7 while at the Congress Heights metro station.
Obrien’s did not appear in court but remains on GPS monitoring. His hearing was rescheduled for June 12.
