On Dec. 7, a DC Superior Court judge scheduled a preliminary hearing to determine if a murder case has enough evidence to go to trial.
Randle Price, 28, is charged with first-degree murder while armed in the death of 33 year-old John Pollard, who was shot Sept. 30 on the 3200 block of Hiatt Place, NW.
Judge Rainey Brandt scheduled Price’s preliminary hearing for Jan. 12.
