A judge sent a defendant back to jail after he failed to comply with his release conditions.
Joseph Armstrong is charged with assault with a dangerous weapon for stabbing a man’s tire after being told he could not enter the car with the man on Sept. 11, 2019.
Judge Michael O’Keefe placed Armstrong into custody April 29 after Armstrong failed to comply to his release conditions.
Armstrong was originally released on Sept. 13, 2019, however, he began to violate the conditions imposed on him. D.C. Witness could not confirm what his release conditions were.
Another show cause hearing is scheduled for May 29.
