Man fatally shot Sunday night identified as Timothy Bing

A man fatally shot Sunday night was identified by police as 36-year-old Timothy Bing of Northeast.

According to police, Bing was found unresponsive and suffering from gunshot wounds at around 10:20 p.m. Sunday, on the 900 block of 3rd Street, NE.
