The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) announced they are searching for two suspects involved in an armed carjacking on Jan. 23 in the 5300 block of Georgia Ave, NW. The suspects brandished a firearm, attacked the victim, and fled in the victim's vehicle. The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was treated at a local hospital.
