Diantre Smith is charged with first-degree murder while armed for allegedly shooting 28-year-old Nyesha Lenea Galloway on the 400 block of 42nd Street, NE on Dec. 20, 2019.
DC Superior Court Judge Juliet McKenna will take over the case for a preliminary hearing that is scheduled to occur on Fev. 21.
