Marco Scott-Bey, 32, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault for the murder of 53-year-old David Bodrick on the 1300 block of New York Avenue, NE. on July 31. During a preliminary hearing, Scott-Bey’s defense counsel, Madalyn Harvey, told DC Superior Court Judge Milton C. Lee that the defendant would be taking a plea deal.
