A hearing for murder defendant Terrell Brent was scheduled in error. It was not held on May 29.
Brent, is charged with first-degree murder while armed for allegedly shooting 33-year-old Darrell Michael Grays, Jr. on the 1600 block of E Street, NE in 2015.
D.C. Witness previously reported that Brent had his release conditions modified to give him more time to drop his child off at daycare.
Brent is scheduled for another hearing on Aug. 14.
