A sentencing for a defendant who is suspected of being involved in a murder was not held.
Steven Robin pleaded guilty to carrying a pistol without a license outside of a home or business.
Robin’s sentencing under the Youth Rehabilitation Act was not held on May 21.
Robin is also charged with first-degree murder for the fatal shooting of 29-year-old Kenneth Poindexter on the 4700 block of Benning Road, SE.
Robin and his co-defendants, Charles Young, Edward Brown and Sean McKenzie are scheduled for a status hearing on July 28.
