A scheduled non-jury trial was not called or held on May 18.
Matsuda Carter is charged with voyeurism-privacy and unlawful disclosure.
Carter was supposed to have a non-jury trial in front of Judge John McCabe, however, it was never called and no update was given via the online database.
The trial has not been rescheduled
