A scheduled non-jury trial was not called or held on May 18.
Charmaine Hammond is charged with simple assault and attempted possession of a prohibited weapon, a bottle.
Hammond was supposed to have a non-jury trial in front of Judge John McCabe, however, it was never called and no update was given via the online database.
The trial has not been rescheduled
