DC Superior Court Judge Jason Park found probable cause in a fatal shooting case exactly one year after the incident on March 20.  Cory Noble, 27, is charged with first-degree felony murder while armed for his alleged involvement in the homicide of Tre’von Norman, 25, on the 2400 block of Elvans Road, SE on March 20, 2025.  Norman sustained six gunshot wounds: two on both sides of his back, one to his left lateral torso, one to his left index finger, one to his right buttlock, and a graze wound to his left leg.  Judge Park ordered Noble to remain detained, following his finding there was probable cause that he was involved in the homicide.
