Detectives on Tuesday made an arrest in the murder of a 25-year-old.
Police have charged 27-year-old Antonio Brown of Maryland with the alleged murder of 25-year-old Charles Antonio Welch, also of Maryland.
According to police, Welch was killed in the 1800 block of Harvard Street, NW on September 18.
Brown was charged with first degree murder while armed.
