Police are searching for a man, considered to be armed and dangerous, and wanted for the murder of Antina Pratt last November.
Police are circulating a photo of Elliot Avery Starks, who they are seeking to locate and charge with first-degree murder while armed. Police describe Starks as a 34-year-old black male, 5’11” tall, weighing 165 pounds. Starks has brown eyes, medium complexion and black hair.
According to police, Pratt was found suffering from multiple stab wounds in the 2600 block of Pomeroy Rd. SE. Pratt was declared dead at the scene.
Police have a warrant for Starks’ arrest and are asking for anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact them.
