A warrant has been issued for the arrest of 22-year-old Dominique Williams, who police want to locate and charge with first-degree murder while armed.
Williams has been identified as a third suspect in the shooting of 39-year-old Marcellus Green. Green was killed in the 3200 block of 28th Street, Southeast on Sept. 19. 2015.
Police are asking for the public’s help in finding Williams, who is described as a black male with medium complexion, brown eyes, weighing 150 pounds and 5 feet nine 9 inches tall.
Police have already arrested Stephen Pugh and Maricco Knight for first-degree murder while armed in Green’s death.
