On Nov. 12, a DC Superior Court judge scheduled a preliminary hearing to determine if a triple homicide case has enough evidence to go to trial.
Dale Benjamin, 33, is charged with second-degree murder while armed in the deaths of Marquise Lewis, 29, Claudette Williams, 56, and Juwan Wade, 20. The three were found dead on the 5000 block of Bass Place, SE in the early hours of July 7.
Judge Robert Okun scheduled the hearing for Dec. 17.
