A second man has been charged with the murder of Antoine Danell McCullough in July.
Police last week arrested 21-year-old Jerrell Powell and charged him with first-degree murder while armed.
McCullough had been found in the 3500 block of 18th St., SE, on July 2.
Jeremiah Jordan had already been charged with McCullough’s death and is being held without bail. Both men are due in court Sept. 1.
