Police have charged a second man with the murder of Marcus Manor.
Manor was killed in October 2015. Police on Monday announced the arrest of Demetrius Lavale Brandon. Brandon was charged with first-degree murder while armed.
Following Manor’s homicide, Kevin Chase was also arrested and charged with his murder. Chase originally had a trial scheduled for June of this year, but the date has been removed pending new details regarding Brandon’s arrest.
