Police on Monday arrested a second suspect, 24-year-old Rondell for the suspected shooting of Antwan Baker.

McLeod was charged with first-degree murder while armed.

Baker was found dead with gunshot wounds on the 5300 block of Clay Terrace, NE, on Nov. 12, 2015 along with another male who survived.

Joseph Brown, 26, was arrested on Aug 30., 2016 and charged with first-degree murder while armed.
