A 23-year-old Maryland man has been arrested and charged in the killing of Andre Jahmal Johnson.
Giovanti Moschino Young of Laurel, MD was charged with first-degree murder while armed.
Johnson, 42, was killed during a shooting in the 5000 block of H Street, SW on July 21, 2017.
