Leanna Schuler grew up in Staten Island, New York and graduated from Staten Island Technical High School in ‘19. She is currently a junior at the University of Maryland, College Park majoring in Criminology/Criminal Justice and minoring in Philosophy.
She just finished the school’s Justice and Legal Thought scholars program with an internship capstone project where she worked for Majority Leader Steny Hoyer. At this internship she answered calls from concerned Americans for the Congressman.
Her after-school activities include participation in club swimming, debate team, and Phi Alpha Delta. Additionally, she is a Professional Greek Council representative for the Pre-Law Fraternity and the service captain for her swim team. Leanna will be graduating from the University of Maryland in Spring 2022 and plans to pursue a career in law.
