A DC Superior Court judge rescheduled a March 12 trial readiness hearing since the defense counsel was could not appear in court.
Marquette Jordan, 28, is charged with first-degree murder while armed with a knife and threats to kidnap or injure a person. On April 30, 2018, Jordan allegedly stabbed Ivan Lynch, 48, on the 900 block of 5th Street, SE.
Judge Danya Dayson rescheduled the trial readiness hearing to April 5.
