Police are investigating the fatal shooting of 37-year-old Victor Williams.
Williams was discovered by police around 8:30 a.m., on July 26, on the Anacostia River Trail, south of the 3300 block of East Capitol Street, SE. He was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Williams displayed no signs consistent with with life and was pronounced dead.
Police have yet to release any suspect information.
