A judge released a defendant under the high intensity supervision program (HISP) on April 27.
Perry Graham pleaded guilty to possession of an unregistered firearm and unlawful possession of ammunition on Nov. 19, 2019.
Judge Robert Okun granted Graham’s request for release from a halfway house and imposed release conditions through HISP.
Graham was released to a halfway house on Nov. 9, 2019
Graham is scheduled for sentencing on July 27.
