A DC Superior Court judge continued a bond review hearing on May 11, so a defense attorney could obtain and review his clients medical documents.
Kieth Moore is charged with aggravated assault, obstruction of justice and contempt.
Judge Michael Ryan continued the hearing so that Moore’s attorney, Howard McEachern could obtain and review Moore’s records.
The hearing will be rescheduled at a later date.
