A defendant’s medical condition prompted a DC Superior Court judge to continue a hearing on May 11.
Mykell Vicente is charged with assault with the intent to kill while armed.
Judge Michael Ryan continued the hearing so that both the prosecution and defense could speak with a medical doctor to discuss Vicente’s medical condition. The condition was not disclosed.
The hearing as been rescheduled to May 15.
