Prosecution Offers Plea to Domestic Violence Defendant

On July 22, a prosecutor offered a domestic violence defendant a plea offer for simple assault.

DC Superior Court Judge Ronna Beck scheduled a hearing for Aug. 6, during which the defense can either accept or reject the plea.
