A judge set a hearing date to determine whether the prosecution’s evidence suggests a defendant’s guilt in a child sex-abuse case.
The defendant allegedly sexually harassed and assaulted two children on the 600 block of 9th. Street.
The defendant is currently being held at the DC Jail.
The hearing is scheduled for Aug. 31.
