A man was fatally shot Saturday afternoon in the Shaw neighborhood.
According to police, 23-year-old Matthew Castrol Shlonsky was fatally shot Saturday at around 5 p.m. on the 1800 block of Seventh Street.
Police are on the look out for a burgundy Chrysler 300 with a Maryland registration which was seen fleeing the scene.
