Metropolan Police Department (MPD) detectives are investigating a homicide that occurred on June 18.
At about 9:13 p.m. police responded to reports of a shooting on the unit block of Galveston Place, SW. Upon arrival, police located an adult male and pronounced him dead from gunshot wounds. The victim has been identified as 42-year-old Everette Faison.
