Judge Schedules Trial Readiness Hearing for Man Accused of Killing Infant Daughter
A defendant accused of fracturing his daughter’s skull is set for a trial readiness hearing in March of next year. Cornell Holton, 26, is charged with first-degree felony murder and first-degree cruelty to children in the death of three-month-old Skylar Newman. Holton called 911 on March 16, 2019, saying he found his baby unconscious in her crib. Read more »
