A hearing for an assault, which was scheduled to occur on May 18, did not happen.
Keith Scott is charged with simple assault in a domestic violence case.
Scott was supposed to have a status hearing in front of Judge John McCabe, however, it was never called and no update was given via the online database. D.C. Witness could not confirm why the case was not called.
Scott is currently released with special conditions imposed by pretrial services, including a stay away order. D.C. Witness could not verify who or what Scott is prevented from going near in the order.
