Police on Monday charged Cinquan Cartledge with Orlando Donald Silver III’s murder last November.
Cartledge is the second man to be charged in this case. On the day of Silver’s shooting, police arrested and charged Marquette Tibbs. Tibbs is still being held without bail as he awaits the results of a grand jury investigation.
Cartledge is expected to be presented in Superior Court Tuesday afternoon.
