Between the hours of 8 p.m. on May 21 and 8 a.m. on May 22, the Metropolitan Police Department sent out four crime alerts.
The most recent alert was sent out at 1:36 a.m. for a shooting that occurred on the 4600 block of Benning Road, SE.
At 11:03 p.m. an alert was sent out for a robbery that occurred on the 2700 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, SE. Police are looking for three black men who are wearing face masks and dark clothing. They were last seen running on the 2700 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, SE.
At 10:43 p.m. an alert was sent out for an attempted robbery that occurred on the 800 block of Tewkesbury Place, NW. Police are looking for two black men who are dressed in all black.
The first alert was sent out at 10:09 p.m. for a shooting that occurred on the 1600 block of E Street, NE.
