A defendant refused to attend his bond review hearing for a second time on April 30.
Kevin Lyles is charged several misdemeanor offenses, including simple assault and bail violation. He was also charged with domestic violence simple assault and threats to do bodily harm.
Lyles refused to attend the hearing for a second time and decided to withdraw his request for release.
