A defendant connected to a burglary is being held without bail.
Ryan Harding is charged with second-degree burglary. DC Superior Judge Judge Rainey Brandt initially placed him in preventative detention on April 17.
Harding was not present for his hearing on June 10.
During the hearing defense counsel requested a hearing so that the judge can decide if there is enough evidence to go to trial.
DC Superior Court Judge Todd Edelman agreed. Standard protective orders were approved. D.C. Witness could not verify any more specifics to those orders.
Harding is scheduled for a hearing on June 17.
