The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) has made an arrest in relation to voyeurism offenses that occurred on Aug. 25 and Aug. 26.
The suspect unlawfully used a video recording device to record underneath multiple individuals’ skirts on the 3100 block of M Street, NW and areas on the National Mall.
The police arrested a 41 year-old from Springfield, VA on Dec. 22 and charged him with voyeurism.
