Detectives for the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) have arrested and charged LaRhonda Stewart, 31, with second-degree murder for her alleged involvement in the shooting that claimed 35-year-old Tierra Corbett’s life. The incident occurred on May 16, on the 1400 block of Fairmont Street, NW.
