Document: Arrest Made in a Homicide: 2300 Block of 13th Place, Northeast

The Metropolitan Police Department’s (MPD) Homicide Branch has arrested and charged 37-year-old Anthony Green with first degree murder while armed for his alleged involvement in a homicide that occurred on July 30 on the 2300 block of 13th Place, NE.

According to MPD documents, officers responded to the scene after shooting reports. There, they located an adult male shooting victim, who succumbed to his injuries in a local hospital.

The victim was identified as 24-year-old Terence Akindo.
