Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) officers arrested a man for assault with intent to commit first-degree sexual abuse on Sept. 8.
According to a press release, at around 2:50 p.m. that day, the 23-year-old suspect allegedly assaulted the victim on the 1800 block of Alabama Avenue, SE. He was arrested by responding units.
