Document: March 13 Homicide Victim Identified

The Metropolitan Police Department has identified a March 13 homicide victim.

At approximately 2:22 p.m. officers responded to the 1100 block of 1^st Place, NW, due to a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers located 36-year-old Morris Mitchell with gunshot wounds and pronounced him dead on scene, according to the press release.
