Officers from the Metropolitan Police Department arrested June 5 a juvenile for aggravated assault while armed.
After responding to reports of gunshots, officers located an adult male suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to the hospital for treatment of life threatening injuries, according to a press release.
The case remains under investigation.
