Document: Police Arrest Suspect for Multiple Burglary and Theft Offenses

The Metropolitan Police Department arrested a suspect April 28 who is believed to be connected to multiple offenses.

According to a press release, the 43-year-old is charged with eight counts of burglary two, nine counts of theft two, destruction of property and unlawful entry.

The offenses accord on several days from Jan. 4 to April 28. All of these offenses occurred in Northwest, DC.

Three of the charges are from theft in three establishments on the:

  • 1100 block of Connecticut Avenue, NW on Jan.4 and April 6
  • 1100 block of 10th Street, NW on March 31

Several burglaries and thefts occurred in residences and residential buildings on the:

  • 1200 block of 13th Street, NW on April 10
  • 1400 block of Rhode Island Avenue, NW on April 11 and April 16
  • 1100 block of 13th Street, NW on April 11, April 18 and April 19
  • 600 block of Q Street, NW on April 14
  • 1200 block of Vermont Avenue, NW on April 17 and April 28
  • 1400 block of N Street, NW on April 17
  • 1200 block of 13th Street, NW on April 18 and April 20
  • 1300 block of 12th Street, NW on April 22
  • 1300 block of Corcoran Street, NW on April 22
  • 1500 block of 11th Street, NW on April 25
