Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) arrested a suspect for assault with a dangerous weapon.

At around 9:00 p.m. on Dec. 12, the suspect and victims were arguing on the 500 block of 11^th Street, NW. The verbal altercation escalated into a physical one.

The suspect then allegedly brandished a knife and stabbed four victims. The suspect was apprehended by responding officers, according to a press release.

The victims were taken to a hospital with none life-threatening injuries.
